• Minimum order is 1 X 20’
• The total items we can produce are no more than 2 different models for each container or by negotiation.

• We will send you an order form to make the procedure easier and send it to us via email or fax

• In order to facilitate us to serve your order better, it would be better if we could have from you sale program of 12 months, revised every three months. This will allow us to schedule our production and have better delivery time
• Also it is very important for you to reconfirm the order 8 weeks prior to the shipping date. Our present capacity of production is about 300 X 20’ container per year, therefore it is important for us to have your yearly program.

• All prices are in US dollars. And price is subject to change with out any prior notice
• Prices are based on FOB Semarang or CNF port of destination upon negotiation
• We use to review all our prices every six month and if there it has been increases in raw materials and labors, the percentages of it will be added, any increases will be confirmed

• Usually payment are made as follow :
  • 1st version : Fully covered by irrevocable sight L/C

• Yes, we can make Custom-designed decking. We welcome custom-made orders of almost any kind

Decking products made logs ?

• We never use non-plantation logs or any sources which are not environmentally sustainable, and we always use logs from government-regulated plantation logs

Products Guarantee ?

• The quality of our product is fully guaranteed. Any defective product due to faulty production--although this is very rare--will be replaced immediately. Damage can also occur during transportation; so in this case we strongly suggest that you make careful arrangements with your shipping company. We are not responsible for damages that are caused by the using of metal strapping (bandeser) on our products upon buyers’ request

• Normally our standard productions time per container is 1,5 month. This depends on the items ordered, the quantity ordered, and the date

• We work with so many customers around the world and we are perfectly aware of habits and customs practiced
• We can therefore impose selective criterion and expect from our very qualified carpenter or craftsmen excellent work
• As it is on our best interest to have repeat customers, so you can be sure that we will control all your product pieces by pieces, details by details
